Educafic by Academically ("Educafic", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing quality services and support to our students and clients. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our services or programs.

General Refund Terms

All payments made to Educafic for services such as consultation, application assistance, coaching, or any value-added educational services are non-refundable, except in situations outlined below under "Eligible Refunds.

Fees paid towards third-party institutions, government bodies, testing organizations, or universities (such as application, visa, or exam fees) are governed by their respective refund policies, and Educafic holds no responsibility for those.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a student/client has made an accidental duplicate payment for the same service, we will initiate a refund of the excess amount after verification.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a paid service was not provided due to an error on our part (e.g., system failure, non-availability of a booked session), a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Cancelled Session by Educafic: If a coaching session, consultation, or event is canceled by Educafic and cannot be rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 business days of the issue occurring.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after enrolment or payment
  • Delays caused by the applicant (e.g., late document submission)
  • Visa refusal or change in immigration policy by a foreign government
  • Services already rendered or partially completed
  • Failure to read and understand service descriptions before payment

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us at studyabroad@educafic.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]", along with:

  • Your payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Details of the service purchased
  • Reason for requesting the refund
  • Any relevant supporting documents
  • We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days from the date we receive the complete and required documentation.
  • Please note, refunds are only applicable under valid and justifiable circumstances. In certain cases, the evaluation and processing of a refund may extend beyond the initial 10 business days, depending on the complexity and nature of the request.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation of Service Policy

All service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the original service request submission. Requests must be directed to our official support channel at studyabroad@educafic.com and include a clear subject line stating "Service Cancellation Request" along with your full name, contact details, and service reference number.

Cancellations submitted beyond the aforementioned 24-hour window will not be eligible for consideration, regardless of the reason, as resources may have already been allocated, consultations initiated, or backend processing begun.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure timely cancellation within the stipulated timeframe. Educafic by Academically reserves the right to refuse any refund, reschedule, or compensation arising from cancellation requests made after the defined period. Exceptions to this policy will only be made under compelling circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management team, whose decision shall be final and binding.
